From Couch Potato to Wii Man
So, you can not get your kids (or Yourself) to get up off the couch and exercise because you say it is too boring or any of the old excuses not to exercise. Well go out and get yourself a WII game system with the sports package.
Why - so you can do that same as Mickey DeLorenzo of Philidelipha, PA - He spent 30 mins a day just playing his WII Game Console. He stated that was the only thing that he changed in his daily routine - No changes in eatting habits, in fact this experiment too place over the holidays and he stated he ate the same as he normally would have over the past holidays. You ask what did he do - Well he lost 2% Body Fat and 3.5 inches from his waist and 9lbs of weight. WOW - Congrats.
He stated he only did the Boxing, Bowling and Tennis Games - With Boxing help him loose 125 calories per 15 min. Plus it got him up in the living room moving and exercising while doing what he loves to do. Playing Video Games. He did state he didn't just do little moves - He tried emulating the full movement and kept his feet fully moving during the game.
Well time to purchase a WII instead of that gym membership that you will probably stop using in a few months. Were you will probably still be playing the WII Games.
